Rent 2 Go LLC (“Rent 2 Go,” “we,” “us”) operates a vehicle rental business. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect. Name, contact details (mobile number, email, address), driver’s license and identity verification information, rental and payment history, and information you provide when you contact us.
How we use your information. To provide and manage vehicle rentals; verify identity and eligibility; process payments and send billing and account notifications; communicate with you about your rental and account; provide customer support; and comply with legal obligations.
SMS/Text messaging. If you opt in, we send account and billing text messages (payment reminders, past-due and account notices, late-fee notices, payment confirmations, and vehicle service updates) to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Opting in to text messages is not a condition of renting.
Sharing of information. We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (e.g., payment processing, identity verification, and messaging delivery), and only as needed to provide our services, or where required by law.
Data retention & security. We retain information as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
