Terms of Service — Rent 2 Go  1 January 2026

These Terms govern your use of Rent 2 Go LLC’s website and vehicle rental services. By renting a vehicle or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

Rentals. Rental terms, rates, deposits, and responsibilities are set out in your rental agreement, which forms part of these Terms. You must hold a valid driver’s license and meet our eligibility and identity-verification requirements.

Payments & fees. You agree to pay all rental charges, applicable late fees, and other amounts due under your rental agreement. Overdue accounts may result in service interruption or vehicle recovery as permitted by your agreement and applicable law.

Text messaging terms. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive account and billing text messages from Rent 2 Go. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase or rental.

Acceptable use. You agree to use our vehicles and services lawfully and in accordance with your rental agreement.

Disclaimers & liability. Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Rent 2 Go’s liability is limited as set out in your rental agreement.
