🚗 Before You Rent With Us — Here’s What You Need to Know
STEP 1 SIGN UP AS A RENTER
Visit www.rentaride2go.com → Click Renter Sign Up. Agree to our Rules & Create an account. Verify Your Driver’s Licence and Once approved, LOGIN to access your renter user dashboard, to reserve a car, request maintenance, pay invoices and view your account.
7 DAYS MINIMUM RENTAL
We do NOT offer 1-day or short-term rentals. Minimum rental period: 7 days, even if you’re paying daily.
300 MILES PER DAY
Our allotted mileage allowance is up to 300 Miles per day. Our mileage is an agregate total it is not checked daily and the mileage rolls over. Some days you will drive more and other days less, but all in all you are limite to 300 miles a day. If at the end of your rental you have exceeded mileage allowance the overage is charged at $0.24c/mile. And usually can also be offset against your deposit amount.
LYFT & UBER & GIG WORK
Yes we do allow our vehicles to be used for Lyft & Uber or any other Gig Work such as Doordash, Uber eats, Instacart, Walmart Delivery or Amazon Delivery Services.
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
Pay Your Deposit + First Day. We have $150 refundable deposit Plus your first day’s rental payment
After Day 1, you may pay daily if you prefer.
We do NOT allow Out Of State rentals. We are a small rental agency and we currently ONLY offer Local Rentals in (Charlotte, NC) You can drive within 100 miles of the Charlotte area. No out-of-state rentals are allowed.
100 Miles Radius of Charlotte includes areas like
NORTH – Mount Airy, NC
SOUTH – Columbia, SC
EAST – Greensboro, NC
WEST – Greenville, SC
License & Address Verification You’ll need to complete a quick verification: Validate your driver’s license in our system Fill out the rental contract form Upload proof of address (any recent mail showing the same address you register with)
Stay within 100 miles of Charlotte (NC/SC only). GPS will disable car if crossed without approval.
Report all issues right away. you can do so by logging into your renter dashbord and request maintenance or call 980-272-8122.
Don’t repair anything yourself. We won’t refund unauthorized payments.
You as the renter are responsible for toll charges.
Missed payments will cut off engine. There is a $30 fee to reconnect.
$150 fee and contract cancellation if you smoke in the car.
A dirty car may lead to contract cancellation.
Get to safety, call 911, then call us. Police report required for insurance coverage.
Give 24-hour notice. Return before 10 AM to avoid paying for the extra day. Car must be clean, fueled, and in original condition.
