  • ✅ Rental Duration: Rent the full 7 days or more as advised
  • ✅ Return Notice: Give 24 hours notice of return
  • ✅ Return Time: Return car before 10 am next day
  • ✅ Payment: Have no past due payments
  • ✅ Mileage: Mind the mileage
  • ✅ Fuel Level: Return gas to half tank
  • ✅ Condition: Make sure there is no new damage or issues unreported
  • ✅ Cleanliness: Clean the car (vacuum and wash inside and outside)

⚠️ Deductions and Penalties

  • • Less than 7‑day rental – Deposit void
  • • No 24‑hour return notice – $50
  • • Return after 10AM – New day charged
  • • Past due invoice – Balance deducted
  • • Unreported damage – Deposit void
  • • Dashboard lights not reported – $25
  • • Gas below half tank – $30
  • • Car not cleaned properly – $30
  • • Toll road fees – Billed as charged
